Directions for Use

Heavy Soiling

  1. Ensure the appliance is switched off.
  2. For best results, warm the oven slightly (approximately 40–50°C) before application, then switch it off.
  3. Wearing suitable gloves and eye protection, spray or apply Oven Obliterator evenly onto the soiled surface.
  4. Leave to dwell for 5–15 minutes, depending on the level of contamination.
  5. Agitate stubborn deposits with a non-scratch scouring pad or brush where necessary.
  6. Wipe away loosened grease and residue.
  7. Rinse thoroughly with clean water until all product residue has been removed.
  8. Dry with a clean cloth before returning the appliance to service.

Light Cleaning

Spray directly onto the surface, allow a few minutes contact time, wipe clean and rinse thoroughly with fresh water.

This Delivery Policy outlines how and when Supplies 360 (“we”, “us”, or “our”) delivers Goods to customers. It should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery to additional locations may be available by agreement.


2. Delivery Timescales

2.1 Stock Products

We aim to deliver stock products within 2–3 working days from order confirmation and receipt of cleared payment.


2.2 Branded & Bespoke Workwear

For branded, customised, or printed workwear, delivery is aimed within approximately 12 working days from:

  • Artwork approval; and

  • Receipt of cleared payment

Delivery times for bespoke products are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules and availability.


3. Delivery Estimates

All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Supplies 360 shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, supplier issues, or force majeure events.


4. Split Deliveries

Where an order contains a mix of stock and bespoke Goods, we reserve the right to:

  • Deliver Goods separately; or

  • Hold Goods and deliver together

Unless otherwise agreed in writing.


5. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will be confirmed at the point of order or quotation.


6. Failed or Missed Deliveries

Where delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address details

  • No one available to receive the Goods

We reserve the right to charge additional delivery or redelivery costs.


7. Delivery & Acceptance

  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

  • Goods signed for as received in good condition are deemed delivered and accepted.

  • Customers must inspect Goods immediately upon delivery.

Any damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 24–48 hours of delivery, in line with our Terms and Conditions.


8. Title to Goods

Ownership of the Goods remains with Supplies 360 until payment has been received in full.


9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Returns Policy

This Returns Policy applies to all goods supplied by Supplies 360 (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Different rules apply to Trade Customers (B2B) and Consumers (B2C) as set out below.


1. General Policy

  • All returns require prior written authorisation from Supplies 360.

  • Returns sent without authorisation will be refused and returned at the sender’s cost.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.


2. Trade Customers (B2B)

2.1 No Automatic Right to Return

Trade Customers have no automatic right to return Goods.


2.2 Non-Returnable Goods (Trade)

The following Goods are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Bespoke, made-to-order, customised or personalised Goods

  • Goods sourced specifically for a customer

  • Clearance or discontinued items

  • Goods that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Goods not in original packaging


2.3 Inspection & Notification (Trade)

  • Goods must be inspected immediately upon delivery.

  • Any damage, shortages, defects, or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Goods signed for as complete and in good condition are deemed accepted.

  • Failure to notify within this timeframe will result in no action being taken.


2.4 Authorised Returns (Trade)

Where a return is approved at our discretion:

  • Goods must be returned within 7 days of authorisation

  • Goods must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • A restocking fee may apply

  • All delivery and return costs are the responsibility of the Trade Customer

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.


3. Consumers (B2C)

3.1 Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Consumers should notify us of any fault or error as soon as reasonably possible.
Nothing in this policy affects rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


3.2 Change of Mind (Distance Sales)

Consumers may cancel eligible orders within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, except for:

  • Bespoke or personalised Goods

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specification

  • Sealed Goods where the seal has been broken after delivery

Returned Goods must be unused and in original packaging.


4. Condition of Returned Goods

Returned Goods that are:

  • Damaged

  • Used

  • Incomplete

  • Not in original packaging

will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.


5. Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds or replacements are issued only after inspection and approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law.


6. Refusal of Returns

We reserve the right to refuse any return that:

  • Does not comply with this policy

  • Falls outside the permitted timeframe

  • Has been used or altered

  • Is a Bespoke or non-returnable item
